Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not (completely) satisfied with one of our products, we offer you the opportunity to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
To return or exchange an item, we kindly request that you notify us within 7 days of receipt via email at the following address: info@laviedalila.nl
If you choose to send your return shipment in a way other than through our return policy, LavieDalila cannot be held responsible for the delivery. It is advisable to consult with the sender regarding the method of shipment and ensure that your return shipment is insured. LavieDalila is not responsible for sender's losses.
The costs and risks of the return shipment are borne by the customer, even in the case of an exchange. Make sure you have notified us of a sufficiently franked return shipment and do not forget to include your invoice number.

During fitting, please ensure that the items do not become soiled. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept dirty items for return.
Your return shipment must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, including all original attached labels, and must be returned in the original packaging.
- If applicable, the hygienic protection strip must still be intact.
- The item must not contain traces of perfume, smoke, or cooking odors.
Returns must arrive at our premises within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after this period may be refused.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. LavieDalila reserves the right to refuse returns if there are suspicions of use, damage beyond our responsibility, or incorrect handling of the items. This also applies if the items have been mishandled. For detailed washing instructions, we recommend consulting our washing advice on the website.
Refund
Once we have received the return shipment and it meets the specified return criteria, LavieDalila will refund the amount within 14 days of receipt. Please note that postage costs are at your own expense and will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
