Fast shipping within 24 hours

On regular working days, orders that fit through the letterbox and are completed and paid for before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. The availability of each product is indicated on our website. If the actual stock differs from the displayed stock on the website, we will contact you to discuss a suitable solution. Orders on regular working days that do not fit through the letterbox will be shipped within 48 hours at the latest.

Weekends and Holidays All our shipments are processed and delivered by PostNL. No parcels are processed on Saturdays and Sundays. This means that if you place an order on Friday after 3:00 PM that fits through the letterbox, it will be delivered to you on Tuesday.

Track & Trace All packages we send are provided with a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can track the current location of your package and monitor the expected delivery time.

Shipping Costs for International Orders For orders outside the Netherlands, the following shipping costs apply: €14.95 within Europe and €44.95 for orders to be delivered outside Europe.

Reporting Damaged Package If you notice that your package is damaged upon receipt, we kindly ask you to contact us within 3 days of receipt via info@laviedalila.com to report this.

To process your report, we request that you send photos by email clearly showing the following:

  • The exterior of the packaging in which the product(s) were delivered.
  • The interior of the packaging in which the product(s) were delivered, including the product(s).
  • The damaged product(s) after being removed from the packaging.

Once we have received the necessary photos and the damage is clearly visible, we will take appropriate steps. This may involve receiving the damaged item again or receiving a refund, depending on the situation. Your satisfaction and experience with our service are important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
